We want you to be happy with what you bought from Dycaoc. Below is how returns, refunds, replacements and other fixes work for eligible orders delivered within the United States.
Can I return it?
You can ask for a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, an item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Unworn, where that applies
- Unwashed
- Still carrying its original tags
We may ask for proof of purchase.
Every return has to be approved by our support team before you send it. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Items we can't take back
- Anything marked final sale when you bought it
- Underwear and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Pierced earrings (hygiene reasons)

How to send something back
- Email support@dycaoc.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- Wait for us to authorize the return; please don't ship anything before then.
- Within 1–2 business days we reply with return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
- Send the approved return using that prepaid label.
- When it arrives, we inspect the item.
- Once inspection is done, we start your refund.
Return shipping never costs you anything. The prepaid label comes once your request is approved.
Damaged, defective, wrong or lost
If something arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. If your order never showed up, count the 30 days from the expected delivery date. The same goes for packages lost in transit.
So we can look into it, please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos that show the issue
After reviewing your request, Dycaoc will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. If you'd like something different, return the eligible item under this policy and place a separate new order.
Your refund
Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we've inspected the returned item, and go back to the payment method you originally used.
Your bank or payment provider may take extra time before the money shows in your account.
Original shipping charges generally aren't refundable, unless the law requires it or the refund is due to a mistake on our part.
US orders only
Dycaoc sells and ships only within the United States, and we don't accept international orders. Returns, refunds, replacements and warranty services cover orders delivered within the United States only.
