- Checkout runs through PayPal, with or without a PayPal account.
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Payment has to go through before we process or ship an order.
At Dycaoc, an order is only processed and shipped once its payment has been completed successfully. Here's how paying works and what happens behind the scenes to keep it secure and simple.
Ways to pay
Our checkout is powered by PayPal as the payment gateway. You don't need to pay from a PayPal balance; within PayPal's checkout you can use:
- Your PayPal balance
- A linked bank account
- A credit or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
Prefer not to create a PayPal account? Use an eligible credit or debit card through PayPal's guest checkout.
We may add more payment methods in the future as we keep improving checkout.
Prices and currency
Prices on Dycaoc are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Where they apply, taxes and shipping charges may be calculated at checkout.
Keeping payments secure
Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers built to protect transaction details. Dycaoc does not store your complete payment card information; the payment provider handles those details during checkout.
Verification and processing
To protect customers and keep the store secure, payments may go through authorization or verification checks. An order moves on to processing only after payment is confirmed. If a payment can't be verified, the order may not be completed.
Once payment is confirmed, your order enters processing. Handling times, shipping methods and delivery estimates are in our Shipping Policy.
Fraud prevention
Dycaoc may cancel, delay or refuse any order we suspect involves fraud, unauthorized activity or payment irregularities. In some cases we may ask for extra verification to confirm payment details and protect both you and the store.
Refunds to your payment method
When a return or refund is approved, the money goes back to the payment method you used at checkout. Eligibility and timing are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Banks and payment providers may need extra time before a refund appears in your account.

- Make sure your payment method is active and available
- Contact your bank or card issuer if the problem continues
