Order Processing

Payment Verification
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized and verified.

Business Days & Holidays
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (EST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers may include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local delivery partners depending on the destination and logistics availability.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time depends on your shipping location and carrier operations.

For orders shipped within the continental United States, the estimated total delivery time is 5–11 business days.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

External delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or high shipping volume periods may occur after shipment and are outside our control.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a separate shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent.

Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for the carrier to update tracking activity after shipment.

If tracking information is temporarily unavailable, it generally means the package has not yet been scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Dycaoc is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Forwarding or Redirection Requests
If a shipment is forwarded or redirected after dispatch, Dycaoc is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.

Special Orders & Customization

Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on production complexity.

If significant processing delays occur, our support team will contact you using the email provided during checkout.

At this time, we do not ship to:
